हमारे विद्यालय में करीब पचास शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाएं हैं। सभी अपने-अपने विषय के माहिर हैं। सभी अपने-अपने वर्ग में ठीक समय पर उपस्थित होते हैं। और बच्चों को अच्छी तरह अपने विषय का समुचित ज्ञान देते हैं।
हमारा विद्यालय मुंबई शहर का एक आदर्श विद्यालय है। इस विद्यालय का परीक्षा फल हर वर्ष सौ प्रतिशत आता है। यह चमत्कार सिर्फ शिक्षकों के प्रयत्न का ही फल है। वैसे तो हम प्रत्येक शिक्षक का सम्मान करते हैं, लेकिन उनमें से मुझे नायक सर अधिक अच्छे लगते हैं।
नायक सर इंग्लिश के शिक्षक हैं। वे आठवीं से दसवीं तक के विद्यार्थियों को अंग्रेजी सिखाते हैं। वे स्वच्छता एवं सादगी की मानो साक्षात् मूर्ति हैं। उनके आचार-विचार एवं स्वभाव से उन्हें कोई इंग्लिश शिक्षक नहीं कह सकता। अंग्रेजी शिक्षक होते हुए भी हिंदुस्तानी लिबास ही उन्हें पसंद है।
वे बड़े विनम्र एवं मृदुभाषी हैं। उनके व्यक्तित्व को देखकर कोई भी उन्हें भारत माता का सच्चा सपूत एवं भारतीय सभ्यता-संस्कृति का पुजारी कह सकता है। यदि उन्हें कोई ‘गुड मॉर्निंग’ या ‘गुड इवनिंग’ कहता है, तो वे दोनों हाथ जोड़कर मुस्कराते हुए ‘नमस्कार’ शब्द से उसके अभिवादन का उत्तर देते हैं।
अपने इन्हीं गुणों के कारण वे पूरे विद्यालय में आदर्श एवं प्रिय शिक्षक माने जाते हैं। उनका मानना है कि अंग्रेजी भाषा सीखने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि हम अपनी संस्कृति सभ्यता को भूल जाएं। हां, अच्छाई को तो कहीं से भी सीखा जा सकता है।
वे समय के पाबंद हैं। विद्यालय शुरू हुआ, घंटी बजी कि वे अपने वर्ग में उपस्थित हो गए। वे बड़े ही अनुशासनप्रिय हैं। उनके वर्ग में सभी छात्र एवं छात्राएं शांत भाव से दत्त-चित्त होकर सबक सीखते हैं।
अगर कोई छात्र उद्दंडता करता है, तब वे उसे सिर्फ वर्ग के बाहर खड़ा कर देते हैं, दूसरा कोई दंड उसे नहीं देते। जब उनकी क्लास समाप्त हो जाती है, तब उसे अपने पास बुलाकर प्यार से उदंडता न करने की सीख देते हैं।

There are about fifty teachers in our school. Everyone is an expert in their own subject. All are present in their respective classes on time. And give proper knowledge of their subject to the children well.
Our school is a model school in the city of Mumbai. The examination result of this school is 100% every year. This miracle is only the result of the efforts of the teachers. Although we respect each and every teacher, among them I like Nayak Sir better.
Nayak sir is a teacher of English. He teaches English to students from class VIII to X. He is a real idol of cleanliness and simplicity. No one can call him an English teacher because of his conduct and nature. Despite being an English teacher, he likes Hindustani clothes only.
They are very polite and soft-spoken. Seeing his personality, one can call him a true son of Mother India and a priest of Indian civilization and culture. If someone says ‘good morning’ or ‘good evening’ to them, they smile with folded hands and respond with the word ‘namaste’.
Due to these qualities, he is considered the ideal and beloved teacher in the whole school. He believes that learning the English language does not mean that we should forget our culture and civilization. Yes, goodness can be learned from anywhere.
They are punctual. School started, the bell rang that they attended their class. They are very disciplined. All the students and girls in his class learn the lesson with a calm mind and heart.
If a student is abusive, then they just make him stand outside the class, no other punishment is given to him. When his class is over, he invites her to his side and lovingly teaches him not to be arrogant.
